Please note that normal support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT but we’ll often reply outside those hours whenever possible. We aim to reply within 24 hours and all theme support is handled by email. With multiple clients in different timezones, it’s much easier to keep track of things that way.

Our support includes:

  • Bug fixes (original theme code only)
  • Help with theme settings

It does not include:

  • Integrations with third party apps
  • Theme update installations
  • Adding new features or changing how the theme works
  • Fixing issues that are due to theme code changes
